Spent a couple weeks on my friend Chatty's shovel. It came in for a new seat and left with almost a complete facelift. New bars, tank, headlight, cables, seat, rebuilt front end and a few other things.

My friend Davey asked me to do some engraving on his BCM air cleaner for the shovel he's building. I'm not a pro and I have only engraved a few small things so far, but he didn't care so I agreed. Came out ok considering the tools I had to use.

Lost shovelhead pics
I have been clearing out a bunch of old emails and found these pics from Toru that I hadn't seen before of me with the '69 Shovel... had to be a few years ago, because that wassel tank ended up on the knucklehead and the shovel got fork boots and a few other changes...

Lucky Fucker

Kirk Taylor and his wife Lisa sent some rad shirts our way, and will also be bringing the Johnny Chop tribute shovelhead, which Johnny Built the frame and started the gas tank and a few other parts on before he passed away. Kirk wanted to keep his memory alive by finishing the bike, come check it out this weekend in the builders showcase, the detail work on it is awesome.
